About	Georgeanne Lois Gourley (nee Taylor), age 98, of Crown Point, IN, passed away on Friday, November 8, 2018. Georgeanne is survived by three children: Sylvia Thrasher of Crown Point, IN, Martha (Terry) Hunt of Big Rock, IL and Douglas (Pamela) Gourley of Acworth, GA; four grandchildren: Gregory (Jody) Gruel, Sarah (Sean) Herron, Merek (Stephanie) Gourley and Lauren Gourley; and three great-grandchildren: Scott Gruel, Declan Herron and Kyla Herron. She was preceded death by her husband: William Leonard Gourley; brother: Addison Michael Taylor; and sister-in-law: Elizabeth Frances Coyle. Georgeanne graduated from Horace Mann High School in 1938. She graduated from Cook County School of Nursing in 1942 and worked as a Registered Nurse. She was a member of Julia Watkins Brass Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution. She resided on South Main Street in Crown Point for 62 years, where she hosted an annual 4th of July celebration for over 40 years. Georgeanne was a member of Bethel Church. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at GEISEN FUNERAL, CREMATION & RECEPTION CENTRE, 606 E. 113th Ave., Crown Point, IN 46307 from 10:00 AM until the time of the Funeral Service at 12:00 Noon with Pastor Gary Butler officiating.
