Scott V. Elliott Jr., age 83, of Crown Point, IN passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2018.
Scott is survived by his son, Scott V. Elliott III of Hammond; first wife, Peggy Gordon Miller; and a very spoiled dog named Kirby. He was preceded in death by his second wife: Jean Elliott; parents: Scott V. Elliott Sr. and Margerite Elliott; sister: Betsy Jensen; and daughter: Anne G. Elliott.
Scott was a proud graduate of Horace Mann High School and Purdue University. He was a Production Planner with U.S. Steel for 25 years. He was also employed for 15 years with the Gary School System as the Transportation Director. Scott was a loving husband and father. He was a life member 32nd Degree Mason. Scott belonged to Phi Sigma Kappa Fraternity at Purdue and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Crown Point.
