Kathy Collins, age 42, of Elkland, was born August 9, 1968, in Davenport, Iowa, and passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2010. She was united in marriage to Jeff Collins on August 18, 1998, in Cherry Street Baptist Church Springfield, Mo. She was preceded in death by grandparents, Basil and Lavera Foster, and Casy and Orlie Jones; and cousins, Jeff and Michael Jones. She is survived by husband, Jeff Collins; children, Shannon and Kaci Collins; father, Harold Foster; mother, Karen Foster; nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends. A memorial service will be held in Cherry Street Baptist Church , Sunday, October 19, at 6 p.m. Visitation will be Saturday, October 9, from 6 to 8 p.m. in Greenlawn Funeral Home East.
