Class of 1965
It was about 8:30 AM; when Sue Condota and I were in the basement of the DECA Book Store. All of a sudden, it sounded like a thousand people where leaving the auditorium above our heads. It was the 1965 Earthquake. I remember when we exited out to the front of the school and looking at 152nd...it was literally rolling from one end to the other (West to East).
I saw my girl friend's (Sue Morton) mom on the 2nd story of the apartments across the street. I went to ensure she was all right. I will never forget that day ever.
