Phillip passed after a battle with T-Cell Prolymphocytic Leukemia (PLL), a rare and aggressive cancer. Phil worked as an executive chef in Seattle, where he lived with his wife & kids. He is buried at Sunset Memorial Park in Albuquerque, NM.
