Honored Military Alumni
Carla Caldwell
Class of 1979
Army, 20+ Years
My mom joined the army in 1979 and served until 2004 with a total of 24 years of service. She was stationed in Germany for 3 years and went stateside for the rest of her career. She held 6 different jobs during her military career. Her main job was working on AH-1 Cobra in Germany and the AH-64 Apache Helicopters at Whiteman AFB, Knob Noster, Mo. She held other jobs such as Training NCO, Readiness NCO, Supply Sergeant, Admin Clerk. Her last official job was a Battalion S4 Sergeant which made her responsible for all supply support for the Battalions. The military made her what she is today and she would gladly service her country again if needed. She really enjoyed her time and has met lots of friends who she will never forget. I'm very proud of my mother for giving her life for her country.

Our Hesperia High School military alumni are some of the most outstanding people we know and this page recognizes them and everything they have done! Not everyone gets to come home for the holidays and we want our Hesperia High School Military to know that they are loved and appreciated. All of us in Hesperia are proud of our military alumni and want to thank them for risking their lives to protect our country!
