Neil was a Physician, practicing Obstetrics and Gynecology in Jacksonville, Florida.He died suddenly of Acute Ischemic Colitis. He was married for 45 years to his Herricks High School sweetheart, Gaye Mergner Sager ( Herricks c/o 1965). He was survived by his wife, Gaye, his daughter, Jennifer (Andy) his son, Todd and two beautiful granddaughters, Alyssa and Ashley.
