Captain Garrett T. Lawton, 31, of Beaufort, South Carolina, died August 4, 2008, while supporting combat operations in Herat province, Afghanistan. Garrett leaves behind his wife Trish, their two sons, Ryan and Caden, loving parents Cathy, Cal and David, and his sister Kenna.
