About	Edward Thomas Ianuzi NOVEMBER 14, 1967 – MAY 26, 2024 Edward Thomas Ianuzi, 56, of Fredericksburg, VA, was tragically and unexpectedly lost due to natural causes on May 26, 2024. He was born in Syracuse, NY, on November 14, 1967, to Edward F. and DeAnne Ianuzi. Edward attended Herndon High School before studying Literature and Engineering at Old Dominion University and George Mason University. He went on to have a very long and accomplished career in Information Technology, where his experience and boundless breadth of knowledge positioned him as a leader and mentor for many people. Edward delighted in being a father, a self-proclaimed ‘girl dad’, and had always motivated and supported his daughter in her endeavors. He was constantly present to provide advice and words of encouragement to her, and to anyone who needed it. In his free time, he enjoyed playing video games, reading books and scholarly articles, catching bugs, cooking, photography/videography, building things and repairing anything he could get his hands on. Edward was preceded in death by his mother, DeAnne Ianuzi, and is survived by his father, Edward F. Ianuzi, sister, Dawn Hunt, daughter, Julianna Ianuzi, and extended family. He will forever be celebrated for the admirable life he led and the wonderful person that he was.
