About Event
Our 40th Class Reunion for 2011 has been set for August 6 & 7, 2011 in Hereford, Texas. The main gathering will be Saturday evening at the VFW. If you received this letter by regular U.S. mail, that is because we do not have an active email address for you. If you would like to provide an email address for future updates, please do so by sending your address to chorton@mcginnislaw.com. I will put your address in the contact list for the reunion. We can still send things by regular mail, it would just be so much much easier and quicker to send notifications by email rather than stuffing envelopes, buying stamps and putting letters in the mail, plus it is less expense. Everyone will need to send their money for the Saturday evening meal by mail, but if you have access to email, please send your responses that way too so that we can get a handle on exactly how many people we will have coming and make sure that we have everything lined up. Also, please let us know when your will be arriving in Hereford and how long you plan to stay. We may be able to come up with some additional activities. Please review the list below and mark the items that you want to participate in as well a how many people will be with you. Feel free to invite whomever you would like, the more the merrier. Be sure to include your name and the name of your spouse and any guest. After 40 years it may be pretty important that we have name tags. You know, people change and minds go.
