Ladies & Gentlemen:

While doing some renovations in our house, which we bought almost 20 years ago in Belcamp MD, we found a 10k gold quite large men's size class ring from Hereford High School 1969. It has some sort of bovine looking animal on one side and a crest containing a flame on top, below that an open book, below that one wing pointing to the right and the words (from left to right) Diligence - Citizenship - Integrity on the side opposite the bovine, below a centered red stone. The initials engraved inside the ring are "R. A. B.".

This ring does not belong to any of us and was well hidden.Having contacted the Hereford HS of Maryland, we were informed that this ring is not affiliated with them, however perhaps with Hereford HS in TX.
Perhaps it has sentimental value to the owner. If you could possibly assist us in identifying the owner, we would love to return it to him.

Thank you for any assistance you can render.

Sincerely,
Edie Galpin

Platinum, class of 1981, mens ring. Email me at caspurr920@yahoo.com to identify further and I will be happy to return it to you. I have had this ring in my possession for several years. My son found it and I put it away, then forgot about it. I only recently came across it again and decided to try to find the owner.
