Born September 3, 1947, Bill was a career Navy Officer. A Commander, he is remembered for his smile, and his calm and caring personality. A friend to all, he was a devoted husband and member of the HdeG United Methodist Church. Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. Interment - Crownsville Veteran Cemetery, Crownsville, MD.
