Vince was decorated for his Army Service with the Vietnam Campaign Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Bronze Star, and Purple Heart. He retired from his civil service career, APG, 2004. He was active with the HdeG Ambulance Corps, for 35 yrs. He was the VP of the Harford County Volunteer Fire & Ambulance Association for 10 yrs.
