Cindy is survived by her husband Rodney (Rod) Alspaugh; sons, Bill (Sara) and Mark; daughter, Amy (Michael) Penuel; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Cindy loved dogs and, in collaboration with her daughter, raised, bred and showed Newfoundland's and Beardies, winning many awards throughout her career.
