Trained as an Armor Crewman. Work in administration. Was an Instructor at the Armor School (small unit tactics). Last 11 years spent as a US Army recruiter. Retired at the Presidio of San Francisco 1991.

I took the summer off after we graduated went on active duty in September, my first unit was the 469th Transportation Detachment (AV Sutton) she was a ship built by the U.S. Army (yes a ship LOL) in 1942.
In late 1982 I was recruited to go to diving school (yes again the Army has divers) 180 started the class 30 graduated, not the easiest school to make it through!
For the next 10 years I was stationed in different detachments all over the world, pick a spot on the globe I was close to it!

Served and trained as a Military Police from 1976 to 1979. Honorably Discharged in 79. Served in Wurzburg, Germany (FRG) after completing Basic Training and AIT training in Ft. McClellan Alabama.
