In Memory of

David E. Jackson, son of the late Rudolph Jackson and the late Joan Jackson, was born Thursday, November 3, 1955, in Harrisburg, PA.

A graduate of Harrisburg Area Community College and the Pennsylvania Police Academy, David retired as a McDonald’s Manager, Teen Counselor at Alternative Rehabilitation Communities (A.R.C.) and as a Pennsylvania State Trooper.

David’s passions and pastimes included jazz music, fishing, working puzzles, family trips and, especially, spending time with his grandchildren. He served as Scout Master with Boy Scouts of America, Troop 40.

At his Harrisburg home, on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, David transitioned from time to eternity at sixty-eight years of age. Along with his parents, David was preceded in death by his wife, Carmen Jackson.

Loving memories will be cherished by his sons, Davin Jackson and Matthew Jackson; grandsons, Jayden and Jayce; daughter-in-law, Jessica Batista; sister, Judith Howard (David); brother, Bradley Jackson; as well as other family members and friends.
