| About Me | Last 50 years pretty much have done what I wanted. I love a good challenge and to concentrate on the solutions to problems rather than the problem itself. I look for the humor in life along the way. I love going to and watching movies. I consider myself a workaholic and have to tell myself to take a brake at times. I love traveling and seeing new places. I also enjoy the challenge of playing poker in a good Texas Hold em game. I have been in Real Estate sales for the 27 years since moving from Southern California to Alabama. I retired from the Steel industry after 20 years. I started with Inland Steel transferred to Ryerson Steel (LA) and than opened a plant in Riverside, Ca., for Metal Supply as it’s General Manager prior to moving to Alabama in 1993. I have been in sales and construction of residential real estate. I currently am a site specialist of 2 communities in Mobile County Alabama for Adams Homes a production builder of single family homes which have divisions and communities in 8 Southeast states. I love helping first time home buyers or the step down buyers looking to down size after becoming empty nesters. I plan on working for another 3 years hopefully God willing before I start my life adventure of attempting to see as much and as many states possible.
