HHS v WHHS Hockey Alumni Game

The Sixth ANNUAL HHS/WHHS HOCKEY ALUMNI GAME will be played in West Haven on Friday the 18th of February starting at 8:00 PM. This year we again have the younger group signed up to play in a more competitive game. The rosters are filled for this game for both the Hamden and the West Haven alumni teams. We now need to fill up the roster for the game played by the older, more seasoned players. The price for all players is $50.00 again this year and includes the reunion at the City Point Yacht Club after the games and the special edition 6th Annual Alumni Game T-shirt. We are looking for 20 players this year for the senior bracket. The format is the same as last year. Seniors play first, 25 minutes stop and go and the younger players play 3 periods 15 minutes/period.

Donations are welcome from those that can�¢ï¿½ï¿½t make it. This year we are developing an Ad Book and encourage you to solicit ads for this book. We will have $50.00 ���¼ page, $100.00 ���½ page, $250.00 full page, $500 cover and back and $1000.00 for the 2 middle pages available. Bringing in $200.00 in ads eliminates the $50.00 players fee to skate.

Please send checks to Bob Callahan 43 Wakefield Street Hamden, CT made out to HHS Hockey Alumni LLC before January 15th 2011 to guarantee your slot on the old timers team. We will take the first 20 that respond as players.

We are also going to have an opportunity for those that do not want to play but who would like to come to the City Point Yacht Club after for a �¢ï¿½ï¿½reunion�¢ï¿½ï¿½. This will cost $20.00 which will cover food, soda, coffee and beer for those that like beer. Fans are welcome to attend. Tickets will be sold until 2 weeks before the game at which time we have to lock in a number for the caterer. No tickets will be available at the door.

If you have questions please call me . For those interested �¢ï¿½ï¿½ we will be accepting donations at the door from those coming to watch the game. The suggested donation is $5.00 per person over the age of 12.
