About	BARKHURST John Ward Barkhurst, 46, passed away Sunday, May 18, 2008. He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Barkhurst of Dallas; one brother; and his stepfather, Myles McKitrick of Rockport. He is survived by his mother, Carole Ann McKitrick, and one brother, Neal Barkhurst, both of Rockport; one sister, Cindy Barkhurst of College Station; one stepsister, Lisa (Rick) Holland of Wichita Falls; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held Saturday, May 31, at 1:30 p.m. at St. Peter's Episcopal Church.
