He was born February 4th, 1954, to Walter and Mary Makin. Predeceased by his parents, Walter and Mary; sister, Nancy (Ronald) Smith; and brother-in-law, John Bleier. He was devoted to his loving wife of 48 years, Sarah Makin. He is also survived by his daughter, Jamie Leigh (Lenny) Rodriguez-Pagan; grandchildren, Grace Marie (Chris) Delgado, Jalexander Rodriguez-Delgado, & Rubin Mercado; sister, Beverly Bleier; god-daughter, Ashley Rose Nowakowski; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends. Raymond loved bowling, fishing, and his hot rod cars.
