US Army 1964-1986, Air Defense Artillery Branch. ROTC graduate of Hofstra University in 1964; commissioned a 2nd Lt. in the Regular Army. Senior Army Aviator with two tours of duty in Vietnam along with assignments in Germany and the USA. Graduate of the United States Army Command and General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, KS.
