| About Me | Born in Grand Island, Nebraska. Joined US Navy at 17. Lived in Alaska for 31 years. Married to Colette, my lovely, ballet dancer wife. We now live in Oregon's beautiful Willamette Valley. I am a writer and artist. I have been a graphic artist for over 40 years. We also have five to eight cats (depends on who shows up that day) and an Australian Blue Heeler, Pullo, who is smarter than she needs to be, and Parker, an Akita/Red Heeler mix who is more active than he needs to be. My first novel, Russian Amerika, came out in April 2007. The sequel, Alaska Republik, came out in February 2011. Treadwell, A Novel of Alaska Territory was released in November 2011. In early 2012 Pullo Pup Publishing released Level Six, Whalesong, and TRIF3CTA - all science fiction.
