| About Me | "Drench yourself in words unspoken Live your life with arms wide open Today is where your book begins The rest is still unwritten" I am a little ole grandmother with pictures in purse! I try to stay up with the new electronic gadgets, but I am slowly falling behind. I taught Business Technology at Central Community College in Grand Island for the last 12 years. We have 7 grandchildren, 1 adopted granddaughter and 4 great step-grandchildren. I have a home business since 2002. I am hoping to make this my main income soon. I have a kind of twisted, sarcastic type of humor but I think people still like me! Singing has been a passion of mine for nearly my whole life. I still sing occasionally at church but have had a hard time of it since my mother died in 1997. She was one of the few people in my life who accepted me for who and what I was. I could be real with her. My goal is to be more like her and be less critical and complaining. Ask me about my grandchildren--please!! I have brag stories you wouldn't even believe and I am not afraid to tell them. I am grateful for what I have been given in life and find that I am always a work in progress. There is too much to learn and too much to see to just sit back and grow old. This tugs at my heart: "I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright.
