Favorite School Memory Realizing that I graduated in the top 1/3 of the class of '65. Didn't you people do your homework???
About Me I began working at the family flower shop (Bartz Floral) right out of high school and remained 3 months short of 40 years! My first husband, Jerry Duering and I bought the shop from my mother in 1979, just before the June 3, 1980 tornado blew the whole thing away. We rebuilt the building and I lived, ate and breathed the shop until 2001 when I sold it too my brother, David. It's still in the family and we are very proud of that; three generations! In 2005 I married John G. Mueller, and his job as a hospice chaplain moved us to Bountiful, UT were life is a grand and glorious adventure. (And I always thought I'd live and die in good old Grand Island!) We enjoy serving in our church and are very involved there. No, we are not Mormon! : ) I love my semi-retirement from my job as an administrative assistant at a refrigerated trucking firm in nearby North Salt Lake.
