James Lee Mosman, 52 of Port Orchard, Washington died April 26 1999, at his home. He was born January 4, 1947, in Lincoln Nebraska, to Verne and Lois (Ehlers) Mosman. He was raised in Grand Island Nebraska, graduating from Grand Island Senior High School in 1965 and later the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. Mr. Mosman served in the Navy for six years on the aircraft carrier USS Constellation in Vietnam. Most recently, he worked as a artist and an architect. He is survived by his father and stepmother, Verne and Kathryn Mosman, One brother, Gary of Great Falls, Mont.; and one sister, Joanne Volker of Lincoln Nebraska. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lois, and his sister, Janet Hinman.
