Sharon Vogt, 76, of Lincoln, died on Tuesday, October 24, 2023. Sharon was born June 6, 1947, the daughter of Wilford and Wilma Hansen. Her father died when Sharon was a child. Her mother later married Fred Stubbendick. Sharon graduated from Grand Island High School. On July 9, 1978, she was united in marriage to Donald Vogt. Sharon was a teacher for 44 years for the Lincoln Public Schools and surrounding school districts. She enjoyed quilting, needlepoint, and cross stitch. She especially adored her dogs; Lathzee, Mitzu, Buffy, Peaches, Bayleigh, and Khloe.
Sharon is survived by her husband, Donald. She is preceded in death by her parents, her step-father and sister, Carol.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
