About	GRAFTON: Francis V. Wenc, 66, of the Villages of Florida, formerly of Grafton, passed away August 30, 2008 in Florida from injuries sustained in a tragic accident. He is survived by his wife Sheila M. ( Benoit ), his parents, Vincent and Fenronia ( Krupika ) Wenc , his sister Marianne and her husband Roger Anderson, nephews Matthew and Brian Anderson all of Grafton. Mr. Wenc was born October 15, 1941 in Worcester, raised in Grafton where he lived 62 years before moving to Florida several years ago. Fran worked for Bay State Abrasives in Westborough and the Town of Grafton School Department while in Florida he worked for Wayne Densch Inc. in Sanford FL. Fran graduated from Grafton High School and Worcester Junior College. He was a parishioner of St. Paul's Church in Belleview FL, a former parishioner of St. James Roman Catholic Church in South Grafton, a member of The Westborough Country Club, Knights of Columbus Benedict Council # 2379 in Grafton and also served as a member of The Grafton Finance Committee for several years. He was an avid golfer also enjoying bowling, fishing and playing cards.
