About Me	I have worked in medical field since 1978 starting in the Emergency Room of Elkhart General Hospital. I have been in EMS since 1979 as "ambulance driver" to lead paramedic in St. Joseph County. I have had a rewarding and stressful life however I would not have changed it if given the opportunity. I grew up watching Emergency! and that impacted my life. I can truly say I wanted to be a paramedic when I grew up and I did!!! I got nursing degree along the way and now since I retired I will teach and hopefully prepare the next generations of EMS to go and touch and save the lives of the future.
