About Me	My family is not related to anyone claiming to be a "Hites". We do not and will not be accused of knowing or associating with anyone claiming to have that last name even though they are not legally entitled to it. We just purchased a house that was built in 1905. I am loving more than the house we are moving out of. My husband recently rented me a building and told me to start a second hand store. I have always wanted to have one, so I am going to start a new adventure in July 2011. It might fail, but on the other hand, it just might be a huge success. I won't know unless I try....Right? If you have anything you would like to me to sell, call me...... 773-5640 I volunteer at the local D.O.G. shelter doing all sorts of things that are secretarial related. It gives me satisfaction in knowing that I can help save another living creature's life. Update: Due to working and now setting up a store, I have not been able to volunteer, however, I am still a huge spay/neuter advocate. I also believe that rescue pets are the best! I do have some free time on my hands, and I fill it with quilting. I am not good at it, but my "RedBilly" quilts are a hit with the family and friends. "RedBilly" is a mix of redneck and hillbilly. That's what my husband and I are. He's the redneck and I am the hillbilly. Update: I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and it's been quite debilitating on my hands. I have put quilting off to the side for a bit. Someday I might do it again. Things get a little hectic around here, and I don't always have time to reach out to my loved ones, but they know I love 'em. Spending time with my boys is the most important thing in my life, next to spending time with my husband, and I don't care if the dishes don't get done everyday. They can wait, my children are growing too fast. My oldest boy, Royal, Stitch, we call him, just graduated from high school in 2008 and went to Vegas to see the world! He's back. LOL. Called one day and said "I want to come home, there's nothing like a small town!" Needless to say he was home within the week. Had to eat a little crow since he insisted that he was never going to be one of those who got sucked back in. My youngest boy, Che'n, pronouced Shane, is incredible. He is not quite as adventurous as his brother, but has a kind heart and loves music. He listens to the 80's hair bands and back even farther to AC/DC and Queen. He loves country music the most. He says he can relate to it more. He has a lawn mowing business and makes quite a bit every week. Infact, he is currently making more a month than I do! LOL He is like his brother in the fact that he likes to play video games, but he would just assume be outside raising Hites' hell and kickin up some dirt. I have a very sweet, pitbull cross dog, named May Zee, and she is quite the lil' miss thang. She is spoiled rotten by John, and she knows she the bee's knees. In Dec. 2009, a lady came into the shop where I work and gave me a tiniest chihuahua. My husband said I can keep him. I have decided to name him Chipaco. He's a big dog in a little body. We now have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 1 bird. I love to travel every chance I get. Going to the beach is my first choice, but heck, I'd take a camping trip to the woods any ol' time, as well.
