Retired Lt Col. Attended USAF Academy '1980 with another Goddard HS grad, Doug Sallee, '75 and Tim Hagan '73. Pilot training, Rescue helicopters in AZ, instructor in AL. Transitioned to airplanes, flying KC-135, C-21, VIP and Special Duty. Flew in Just Cause (Panama), Desert Storm (Kuwait), Restore Hope (Somalia), along with other operations. Retired in 2005.

Veteran of Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm, Operation Joint Guard (Bosnia/2 tours), Opration Iraqi Freedome (3 tours.) Retired in 2009 as Lieutenant Colonel with 29 years of service.
