Jerald has been in the army since 1992. He deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom twice. The first time was 2005-2006 for 12 months and the second tour was from 2007-2008 for a total of 15 months. He also has been stationed in Korea twice.

Stationed at Elemendorf AFB, AK (7/2001 - 2/2005), Osan AB, Korea (3/2005 - 4/2006), Spangdahlem AB, Germany (4/2006 - 4/2012) and Joint Base Charleston, SC (5/2012 - current). Deployed to Thumrait AB, Oman; Camp Sather, Baghdad International Airport, Iraq; Al Udeid AB, Qatar; Ali AB, Iraq and soon to be headed to Afghanistan.

Our Glastonbury High School military alumni are some of the most outstanding people we know and this page recognizes them and everything they have done! Not everyone gets to come home for the holidays and we want our Glastonbury High School Military to know that they are loved and appreciated.
