Spent 2 years as nuclear weapons mechanic - then spent 3 years as Bomb Squad member (EOD) - wounded in SEA - discharged after 1.5 years recuperation time.

Navy Chief Petty Officer. Aviation Fuels was my assigned job. In charge of loading millions of gallons of JP-5 fuel onto different class Naval ships including Aircraft carriers, amphibious assault ships, and shore bases around the globe. Our mission is to provide clean clear fuel to embarked naval aircraft.
