Stephen Ray Spicer, 48, of Cincinnati, formerly of Winchester, passed away on Fri., March 14, 2014 at his home. Stephen was born on April 5, 1965 to Don Spicer of Winchester and the late Jeanette Benningfield Spicer. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 19 at Scobee Funeral Home by Bro. Larry Deckard. Burial will be in the Winchester Cemetery with military honors performed by the Harold G. Epperson Marine Corps League Detachment.
