He was a 1973 graduate of Genoa High School and a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Genoa.Craig was self-employed as a carpenter for many years. He loved his life in Genoa and was often affectionately referred by his friends as "governor" of Genoa. Craig was a family man, who loved his wife and kids and adored his grandchildren. He had many friends that were a big part of his life. He was a man of integrity and fairness and treated everyone in that manner in everything he did. He gave much time and talent to others. He coached and served as past president of Genoa Little League, as well as helping with other offices, and was now watching his grandchildren play. He served on the Zoning Board of Appeals until his health kept him from attending. Craig was a dedicated hunter, especially deer hunting in Pennsylvania, which he referred to as a "God's Country." He enjoyed camping in his motor home and going to the casinos with his family and friends.
