About	Donald R. Gardner, 64, of Bowling Green, died early Wednesday morning, February 17, 2010, in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. Don was born April 15, 1945, in Fremont, Ohio, to Robert C. and P. Theodora (Smith) Gardner. He received his master's degree in education and taught school. He also was a school psychologist, most recently at Northwood schools, and had been a principal at Woodmore schools. He was very active in the Masons, belonging to the Genoa Lodge No. 433 F. & A.M. Don's interests included wood carving, wood burning, and bird watching. Don is survived by his sons, Todd (Emily) Gardner of Massachusetts, Jay (Susan) Gardner of Perrysburg, and Trent (Stacey) Gardner of Toledo; g r a n d c h i ldren, Adam, Nicholas, Samantha, and Emma Gardner; sisters, Ruth D'Clute of Millbury and Linda (Charles) Cherry of Genoa; nieces, Tami (Steve) Heritage, Teri (Ted) Fisher, and Denise Gardner; and nephews, David (Robin) D'Clute, Donald (Rebecca) D'Clute, Kirk (Wendy) Gardner, and Kenneth (Jody) Gardner. His parents, brother, Richard Gardner, and nephew, Daniel D'Clute, preceded him in death. Visitation will be 2-4 and 5-8 p.m. Friday, February 19, 2010, in the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, 501 West St., Genoa; a Masonic service will be held at 7:00 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 20, 2010, in St. John's United Church of Christ, 1213 Washington St., Genoa, with burial to follow in Clay Township Cemetery, Genoa.
