About	Matthew T. Knierim, 37, of Walbridge, Ohio, died Friday, March 16, 2007, in his residence. Matt was born in Toledo, Ohio on October 3, 1969, to William H. and Kathleen J. (King) Knierim Jr. Matt graduated from the Genoa Area High School in the class of 1988, and was a direct care provider at the Luther Home of Mercy, in Williston Ohio, for the past 7 years, where he was involved with many activities. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Williston, and enjoyed fishing. He also enjoyed working with children that had special needs, through the YMCA and the Toledo Public School System. Survivors include his parents and siblings, Lisa (Roger) Hart of Marblehead, OH, William H. Knierim III of Leeds, ME, and Pam Lasher of Curtice, OH. He was preceded in death by his infant brother, Joshua Knierim and grandparents, Marvin and Clela King, and Edna Knierim. Funeral services for Matt will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 21, 2007, in St. John Lutheran Church, Williston, OH. Visitation will be held in church from 12:00 noon until the time of service at 2:30 p.m. Interment will be in the Allen Township Cemetery, Williston. The family suggests memorial contributions in Matt's name, to the Luther Home of Mercy, St. John Lutheran Church, or the donor's choice. The Robinson-Walker Funeral Home of Genoa, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements
