About Me	I retired in 2013 as an attorney managing Washington State's L&I Prevailing Wage program. It was one of many jobs I have enjoyed tremendously, from teaching law at KSU, to managing real estate offices, managing a working lighthouse dinner, bed & breakfast, and other working sojourns. I have enjoyed contributing to the careers and livelihoods of others. My legal background has led me down diverse paths and I often miss the challenges of everyday work. I am divorced and live with my 97 year-old mother in Apache Junction, AZ. Mother has lived with me mostly since my father died some 30+ years ago. We recently moved here from Olympia, WA to be closer to family and to have someone to assist with Mother if the need arises. I have no children, but enjoy the closeness of family. My sisters Betty and Patti also live in AZ. All four of my sisters are still living, but we lost my brother in 2006 or so. I stay active as much as I can, given current Covid-19 circumstances, but aside from those restrictions, enjoy golfing, bowling, quilting and other needle crafts, cooking, travel and reading. I also sing soprano in a community choir my brother-in-law directs. In the past I've enjoyed boating, including blue water sailing from San Francisco to Charleston, SC, but no longer have a boat and sometimes miss that activity but appreciate the memories.
