He retired from baseball and moved to Reno, Nv. & worked for Huber Business Systems & then he formed his own family owned company CMS Imaging Systems. Later went into Real Estate. Gary passed away at home in Reno, Nv. after after a 4-yr battle with Leiomyosarcoma a rare form of cancer. He married his high school sweetheart Cherlyn in 1969. Gary played for the St. Louis Cardinals Baseball team.
