Bryan D. Judson
46, of Levering, passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2011 at home. He was born October 26, 1964 in Kalamazoo, the son of Lionel William and Marjorie (Taylor) Judson. On April 24, 2007 in Dale County, Alabama, he married Elizabeth "Beth" Pate .
Bryan served in the U.S. Air Force for 10 years and then 14 years in the U.S. Army, where he piloted helicopters, retiring in 2007 as a chief warrant officer. He enjoyed flying, horseback riding, camping, and fishing, and was a member of the Daleville, Alabama VFW.
Surviving are his wife, Beth, son, Zach (Christin) Shigley of San Diego, California, stepdaughter, Shannon Sweeney of Alabama, three grandchildren, Wyatt, Dylan, and Jaylynn, three brothers, William (Mary) Judson of Port St. Lucie, Florida, Jay Judson of Kalamazoo, and Harry (Jean) Rose of Pellston, three sisters, Betty Britz of Hope Sound, Florida, Shirley (Bill) Urban of Baraga, and Carolyn Grooters of Arizona, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Colby Shigley, and a sister, Susan Harris
