About	CLYDE: David W. Parkhurst, 59, of Clyde, died Friday, December 30, 2011 at his home. He was born July 2, 1952 in Fremont to the late Thomas and Eileen (Berger) Parkhurst. David was a member of the Vickery United Methodist Church. He enjoyed being outdoors and working with the farm animals. He attended Riley School and graduated from Fremont Ross in 1970. He had worked in the press room at Whirlpool for 28 years. On January 17, 1990 he married Antoinette "Nan" (Panuto) Walter-Parkhurst and she survives. Dave is also survived by his step-sons: Denny (Wendy) Walter of Clyde and Tony Walter of Cleveland; two step grandchildren; and one step great-grandchild. Also surviving are his siblings: Joan (Ken) Jahns of Fremont; Irene (Ronald) Wobser of Sandusky; Ruth (Russ) Zimmerman of Lindsey; James (Barb) Parkhurst of Fremont; Paul Parkhurst of Fremont; and his nieces and nephews. A time for lunch and fellowship will be Monday, January 2, 2012 at Noon at the Green Springs United Methodist Church. Memorials may be given to Hospice of Memorial Hospital; ALS Foundation; or to a charity of the donor's choice .
