About In Memory ~ HELENA: Helena resident, Todd M. "Bunny" Wilhelm, died peacefully Monday evening, July 18, 2011 at his Mom's home surrounded by his loving family. He was 50 years old.

Born in Fremont on September 21, 1960, he was a son of Robert and Marcella "Sally" (Darr) Wilhelm. Todd graduated in 1979 from Ross High School and Vanguard Vocational in Fremont. For the last 14 years, "Bunny" had worked as a laborer at Cooper Standard Automotive in Bowling Green. He had a tight knit group of co-workers there and was one to do anything he could at work. "Bunny" was still working there at the end of May, until further complications of his illness set in.

"Bunny" enjoyed refurbishing antique furniture, fishing and riding snowmobiles. He spent time watching Cleveland professional sports teams and rooting for the Dale Earnhardt, Jr. racing teams. He was also a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Helena.

He is survived by his mother; siblings, Terry of Oak Harbor, Tim of Helena, Troy (Patty) of Fremont, Tom (Tammy) of Walbridge, Tina (John) Knieriem of Helena and Tana (Randy) Tucker of Parma; many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews; and several aunts and uncles.

Todd is preceded in death by his father; and grandparents, Norbert and Lucille Darr and Raymond and Victoria Wilhelm.

Friends and family will be received on Thursday, July 21, from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the Herman-Kinn-Veh Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Gibsonburg where there will be vigil services that afternoon. A Mass of Christian Burial will be said, 3:00 p.m., Friday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Helena. Rev. Ted Miller will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Helena.

Memorials may be made North Coast Cancer Center, St. Mary's Catholic Church or to Hospice of Memorial Hospital.
