About	FREMONT: Kandie Lynn Owens, 44, of Fremont, died on Sunday, June 26, 2011 at her home. She was born on December 10, 1966 in Fremont to Franklin D. and Judy (Miller) Honaker. Kandie was a 1984 graduate of Fremont Ross High School and Bowling Green Area School of Nursing as an LPN. She worked at Providence Care Center in Sandusky and at St. Francis Health Care Centre in Green Springs. Kandie attended Victory Christian Fellowship. She enjoyed drawing, crafts, building doll houses, cross stitching, painting, reading and attending Women's Bible Study. Surviving is her mother, Judy Miller-Mathias and stepfather, Chuck Mathias of Fostoria; father, Franklin of Texas; sons, Benjamin Ysasi of Fremont and David Roca III, USMC of Twentynine Palms, CA; sisters, Peggy Honaker of Fremont, Shelly Honaker of Clyde; brother, Jason Massie of Fostoria; uncles, Scott Miller of Fremont, Daniel Miller of Bascom, Skip Miller of Fostoria, George Miller of Gibsonburg and Donald Miller of Helena; seven nieces and nephews and nine great-nieces and great-nephews; Israel Ysasi of Fremont, father of Benjamin and David Roca II of Fremont, father of David III. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 30th from 12 to 2 p.m. at Victory Christian Fellowship with a memorial service to follow at 2 p.m. with Pastor Duane Dunfee officiating.
