About	RAYNE, LA: Funeral services were held Friday June 3rd, 2011, at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Duhon Funeral Home in Rayne, Louisiana for Dawn Goetz Fuqua, 36, who died Tuesday May 31st, 2011, at the Crowley American Legion Hospital. Survivors include her husband, David Fuqua and their children Zaylie and Brannon Fuqua, all of Rayne, LA. Her father, Dennis Goetz and her mother, Connie Jeanette of Fremont, Ohio and her twin brother, Dustin Goetz of Hagerstown, Maryland. Also surviving is her maternal grandmother, Alice Jeanette also of Fremont, Ohio. Visitation was held Friday, June 3rd, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. until services.
