About	Sara Christine Horn, 25, of Fremont, died Monday morning, March 14, 2011 surrounded by her loving family. She was born April 10, 1985 in Fremont, the daughter of Michael and Martha (Weigman) Horn. Sara was a 2003 graduate of Fremont Ross High School, and a 2007 graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelors degree in Visual Communication Technology and a member of St. Ann Catholic Community. She worked for WGTE public television as a graphic artist. Sara was a talented artist, enjoyed playing the piano, working out and spending time with her friends and family. She is survived by her parents Michael and Martha Horn of Fremont, OH, sisters, Addie (Craig) Jensen of Fremont, OH; Emily Horn of Sandusky, OH; nieces: Becca and Maggie Jensen of Fremont, OH; maternal grandparents, Albert and Susanne Weigman of Fremont, OH. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Richard and Elizabeth Horn. Visitation will take place Thursday, March 17, 2011, from 2-8P.M. at Keller-Ochs-Koch-Mason Funeral & Cremation Service, 416 S. Arch Street, Fremont, OH. Mass of Resurrection will begin at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, March 18, 2011 at St. Ann’s Catholic Church, 1021 W. State Street, Fremont, OH. Memorial Contributions may be made to Stein Hospice, The Sara Horn Memorial Scholarship for Graphic Arts, or WGTE Public Media. Online condolences may be expressed at www.kokm.net.
