About	Terry Wayne Mitchell, 54, of W. Garrison St., Fremont went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, after a long courageous battle with neuromuscular disease. He was born on June 9, 1955 in Corbin, KY to Charles A. Mitchell, Sr. and Imogene (Brummett) Adkins. Terry was a 1974 graduate of Fremont Ross High School. He worked for Adkins Sanitation and for the City of Fremont until his illness. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially boating, riding his 4 wheeler and jeep. The biggest loves of his life were his daughters and grandchildren. Terry is survived by his children, Jessica (Juan) Garza, Briana Carnicom and Megan Mitchell; mother and step-father, Imogene (James) Adkins; brothers, Larry Mitchell, Chuck (Cindy) Mitchell, all of Fremont, OH; step siblings, John Adkins, Fremont, OH, Trina Adkins, Oak Harbor, OH, Marla Smith, Monroeville, OH; grandchildren, Matthew, Izaac, Annika and Logan Garza. He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents. Visitation: Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m. at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home & Crematory, 425 E. State St., Fremont, OH.
