About	FREMONT: Thomas R. Swartz, 65, of Fremont died Sunday morning at his residence. He was born in Fremont, the son of Franklin W. and Mary L. (Brown) Swartz. Thomas was a graduate of Fremont Ross High School and attended Kent State University. On June 27, 1964 he married Marleen Slack in South Amherst, OH; she survives. He was owner and operator of TR's music and a manager for Blockbuster. Thomas was a member of Grace Lutheran Church. He was a drummer and loved all types of music, especially playing jazz. He will be remembered as a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Surviving is his wife of 44 years, Marleen Swartz of Fremont; sons, Tim (Joanne) Swartz of Fremont and Andrew (Christine) Swartz of Texas; 3 grandchildren; brother, Christopher (Rebecca) Swartz of Fremont. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will take place Wednesday, April 15, 2009 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Keller-Ochs-Koch-Mason Funeral and Cremation Service, 416 S. Arch Street, Fremont, OH. Memorial Services: will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at Grace Lutheran Church in Fremont with Pastor Paul Gruetter officiating. In Lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to Grace Lutheran Church or the NW Ohio Kidney Foundation.
