He was a 1970 graduate of Fremont Ross High School. Robert married Linda Liwo-McNeely and she survives in Toledo, OH. Robert was formerly employed at Great Lakes Windows in Toledo, OH until he retired. Robert is survived by his wife, Linda Liwo-McNeely, Toledo, OH; children, Robert H. McNeely III, Toledo, OH, Jenny McNeely, Green Springs, OH; mother, Wilma Dorsey; Clyde, OH brother, Dana Dorsey III, Grand Rapids, MI; sister, Hattie Rife, Clyde, OH; three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father. Visitation: Monday from 5 to 9 pm at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home & Crematory, 425 E.
