About	Graduate of Fremont Ross High class of 1973 Scott R. Franks 49, of Naomi Dr., Toledo, died Monday at the John P. Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. He was born in Fremont to Lester A. and Janice F. (Guthrie) Franks. He was a 1973 graduate of Ross High School and served with the U.S. Air Force as an aircraft environmental specialist. Scott was employed as an automobile salesman with Area Toledo Auto Dealers. He was a member of the American Legion in Toledo and he loved to bowl. Scott is survived by his daughter Falan LeAnn Franks of West Virginia; his father and step-mother Lester and Karen Franks of Fremont; brothers Ken I (Kathy) Franks and Brian L. Franks, both of Fremont; sisters Suzanne K. (Mike) Biehler of Fremont and Jennifer L (Bryan) Sparks of Eastlake; stepbrother Chad (Melissa) Hickman of Fremont; granddaughter Micayla Brown; and six nieces and four nephews. He is preceded by his mother Janice F. (Guthrie) Franks and his grandparents. Visitation: 6-9 p.m. Thursday Wonderly-Horvath Funeral Home. Services 10:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with Rev. Richard Moe officiating. Burial: Elmore Union Cemetery with military services by the VFW and American Legion.
