About	George Vaffis, 59, of Largo, Florida passed away Saturday. He was born in Lima, OH, to James and Dena (Fillips) Vaffis. George was a 1966 graduate of Fremont Ross High School and obtained a business degree from Miami University in Oxford, OH. He worked in Toledo at Brown Honda as a used car manager and later moved to Largo, Florida where he worked for V.R. Business Brokers as a commercial real estate broker. George enjoyed golfing, boating, spending time with is nephews, and fixing up houses. He was a social man who enjoyed making people laugh, was fun, loved his family, was thoughtful and stubborn all in one. George is survived by parents James and Dena Vaffis of Fremont, sisters: Ann Vaffis of Washington, D.C.; Gigi (David) Vaffis-Wagner of Chicago, IL; Nephews: Wade Wagner, and James Wagner; Aunt, Doris Vaffis of Fremont, Uncles; Jim Hontas of Los Angeles, CA, and Robert McCormick of Columbus,OH; many cousins and numerous close friends in Florida. he was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents, many uncles and aunts, and cousins John Vaffis and Carol Vaffis. Visitation: will be Friday from 2-4 and 6-8p.m. at Keller-Ochs-Koch Funeral Home, 416 S. Arch St., Fremont, Ohio. Funeral Services: will be Saturday, 11:00 A.M. from Keller-Ochs-Koch Funeral Home, with Fr. Ari Damaskos and Fr. Chris Hadigeorge officiating.
