About	Aug 23, 1955 - July 28, 1990 COLUMBUS - Thomas A Henry, 34, 1432 Ashland Ave., Columbus, died Saturday at his home. He was born in Fremont on Aug. 23, 1955, to Lowell and Evelyn (Ellis) Henry. Mr. Henry was a graduate of Fremont Ross High School in 1973. He attended Ohio State University in the fall of 1973 and graduated in 1977 majoring in social work. He was employed as an institutional parole office at the Ohio Penitentiary in Columbus from 1977-1980. He worked in the Department of Mental Health for the Massachusetts correctional system at Concord Prison, Concord, Mass. He organized a drug rehabilitation program for the prisoners. He was promoted to the central office but preferred working on a personal level with people. He transferred to Parkway Release Center in Boston. He returned to Columbus in 1989 and worked for the Ohio Department of Mental Health until February 1990. Surviving are his parents; brother, Gary; sister, Amy Powers; nine nieces and three nephews. Services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at St. Christopher's Catholic Church, Columbus. Funeral Mass will be Aug. 3 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Oak Harbor, with burial to follow in Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor. A benefice luncheon at the church will follow the burial.
